the worst firm i have ever had to deal with . They have a new younger gal working there very polite but that is as far as i will go with compliments she made a decision with out even consulting us and then when i got upset her she wanted to discuss mine and my husbands taxes out in the waiting room with other customers around so unprofessional . Before this incidence i had gone to have a consultation with the BOSS himself about hiring The firm for the new business i was about to be starting he was very obtuse about even having to talk with me personally he wanted to push me off on one of his new hires well after about a 20 minute meeting he scratched a few notes on a legal pad and told me to call back when i was closer to being open for business. This on its own would not have upset me but in the mean while i also checked with another firm in Sheldon where two people met with me to discuss my needs after about 30 to 45 minutes of focusing on me and my business and its needs they asked me if they could put together a portfolio on the services they would like to offer me as well as thier costs of course i said yes i week later i had a professional portfolio as well as an hour meeting to walk me through what they had come up with and to see if i had any questions and to let me know if i hired them they would work very hard with me!....wow well thats not the end KF Murphy had enough gall to charge me $150.00 for information i can get on line and if your curious the other firms portfolio and consultation..FREE OF CHARGE !! Guess who i will be hiring
