Update- A manager reached out to me personally and apologized and most importantly shared that it’s been taken care of and the employees have been trained on their Winter fuel program and signs will be posted in the future. How awesome is that for customer service!Thank you Hy-Vee for hearing us and making it right. We have updating our rating accordingly.Twice now (within the past few weeks) we have asked the employee working if the diesel fuel was a winter blend. The first time the employee said he didn’t think so and the next time (same employee) said he “Believed” so. If anyone has ever had a diesel engine gel up on the side of the road….You better know for sure.The employees working need to know 100% if it’s a winter blend and it needs to be posted on the fuel tank or inside at the register.

Arrived with 5 or 6 tables open.Ordered food, $25.Ended up waiting 1.5 hours and leaving getting refunded $19 because the food never came.*multiple tables ended up leaving.*

I was in your store around 6 pm and the loaf of bread I had wouldn’t scan. The cashier was going to charge me $9.99 for the bread. I told him that wasn’t right. Then he was going to charge me $5.00 for that loaf of bread. I told him I didn’t want it. He accused me of screaming at him when I wasn’t. Some lady came over to void that transaction and she asked him where he came up with that price and he said he went and looked. He did not go and look. Good thing there is a Fareway in Sheldon !!

I have been using online ordering and curbside pickup since January and I have been very happy with this service. It is awesome to just pick up my groceries on my way home from work. It saves me a lot of time and energy. This week I had a few issues with my order. I called the store and talked to the online manager and I can’t tell you how happy I am with her response. She went above and way beyond expectations to make it right. Thank you so much for listening and being beyond kind.

The store itself is wonderful ... the pharmacy? Absolutely not. I've never felt more judgmental service coming from a pharmacy than I did here, when I came to seek medication for my daughter.
