10/10 experience.
Came in within a few days of calling. Tried all locals and either couldn't get in or don't take new patients.
We ended up having to put our dog down.
The staff was amazing and allowed us to take our time to cry as much as we needed. Made sure Buddy was comfortable before we made the choice.
I have never been to this vet prior and despite the bad news it was a very calm and comfortable environment

Out of all vet clinic’s I have ever been to, the Shelby Vet Clinic trumps all. The prices, the people, the overall experience is unmatched and makes the drive worth it. All other clinic’s take hours out of your day and try to rob you of all your money, while at Shelby Vet Clinic, I was in and out within 10 minutes & paid a beyond reasonable price. I will not visit any other clinic than this one!

Excellent pet care when needed in an emergency, especially considering it was the day after a holiday! Will be using them going forward! After hours emergency call was returned within 15 minutes after calling at 7am on the holiday I was referring to! Stellar…just stellar!

Words cannot cover the respect I have for this vet clinic. Very professional and very respectfully of there patients. My pup was getting very ill and our previous vet was unavailible. They got us in the day we called and ran some blood and even though the results were very painful for me, they made sure to explain them fully and allowed me time make the very hard decision. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me for the quality treatment we received.

Their staff is one of a kind! We took our dog after hours. I never felt rushed to make the tough decision that had to be made for our pup. We recently got a sympathy card signed by all of the staff. It was much appreciated knowing the was loved up until the end!

On Sunday,I had an emergency with one of my dogs,I called and the Vet meet me there,had to have an eye surgery done on my dogs eye.A GREAT big thanks goes out to Dr. Clayton!! We love you guys and we also love all of the Vets there. We are confident that Dr. Clayton made our dog so much better! Was so sympathatic with the whole situation!!
