Darcy, owner of Rovers Ranch in Runnells is without a doubt THE BEST in the business. Before today I have never worked with her never spoken with her, I called her today for some advice on getting Dobby into the car because he is super anxious and reactive due to the stress of packing and having movers here., she is coming all the way out here tonight in order to help us get Dobby into the car so we can get him to our new home. I cannot even tell you how wonderful this is. Tysa and I have both been in tears off and on all day because we have tried everything to get him in the car and have not been able to. We are going to hire her to work with us and Dobby deal with the stress of moving so hopefully he will be able to get into the car in the future without any issues. He loves riding in the car once he's in it.

Left my dogs there for 4 days. My dogs have never been anywhere but home. Well they did great!! Darcy and her team are fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

We have been using Rover's Ranch for several years after receiving a recommendation from a knowledgable friend. We could not be happier. The first time Rider was there he developed symptoms that required medical attention. Rider was driven to our vet and was quickly back to normal. The whole situation was so well handled. After MANY uneventful visits, I messed up. I did not bring enough dog food for the the entire stay. One of the staff drove to buy the special dog food our dog requires.... the entire issue was "No problem." I also like how well Rover's Ranch gets each dog socialized with other dogs to the best of each particular dog's ability. Rider is alway glad to go to Rover''s Ranch and RUNS to the gate to get in. THAT is the best review a dog kennel can receive.
