I was going on a long road trip when my engine power loss light came on about 8 miles from Joe's. I googled for shops nearby and drove directly there. They were immediately helpful and super nice. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Joe's saved my day and my roadtrip, they are great guys and I highly recommend them.

I will always remember the service given to me by this place, specifically that provided by Mitchel. I had a fuel mixture problem in my '91 Chevrolet C1500, and I was an hour and a half away from my home base, experiencing major issues keeping my vehicle running. Fearing that I wouldn't be able to drive home, or that I would need to somehow arrange for towing, I called a number of shops in Rockwell City in the waning hours of the day when most mechanics are cramming to finish the last bit of their projects. Joe's Tire and Auto were the only ones to respond and, despite having a large list of projects already, Mitchel heard me out and offered to at least siphon the bad gasoline and help me with getting the truck's combustion cycles back up to snuff. I managed to make it there and he did just that. We joked around, had some fun conversations in the process, and he gave me a lot of advice on what other issues might be plaguing the vehicle, and how I could go about fixing them. He made sure that the fix for my truck was effective before allowing me to pay him. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and I cannot recommend this business enough! They went out of their way to save me some major trouble, and I am very glad I chose to call them. Rock on, Mitchell!
