If I could give zero stars....Been buying their belts through Amazon and the offroadbelts.com site for a few years now, last time though. 2 belts purchased for my mower, 1 was an inch too long causing mower deck spindles and their pulleys to strip out, all three spindles and pulleys were brand new in fact. This was the secondary belt, the primary belt shredded after less than 8 hours use. They cost me $250+, hours of time, and at least 1 aneurysm, OK the aneurysm is just "poetic license" STAY AWAY, of course their so-called warranty and return/refund practices absolve them of any legal responsibility for F(*&^ing up your equipment using their sh#(&t products. BUY brand name and save yourself from a Chinese manufactured buttream!

I have been a distributor for D&D Global for over a year. I have never had the first issue with their customer service or their product offering. I sell to Cotton gin and Peanut shelling facilities and have only had one belt fail in over a year's time. I don't have a clue who these naysayers are in these previous reviews but they obviously are not using the same D&D Global that I use. I'm very proud to have D&D Global as one of my offerings with my small business.
