So rediculous this Caseys replaced Godfathers. The Caseys staff is rude, and unwelcoming, unlike the previous place. Their call-in phone system doesnt work, and the wait time is double what Godfathers was there.

Customer service on 7/5/2022 at 8:40pm was terrible. I ordered a pizza that was made terrible. Didn't taste right. And the customer service was terrible as well. As a pass employee at Casey's, you should know better. This was also my first time ordering pizza from this Casey's. Disappointed and will not return.

Overall Casey's is a great place to go. But Casey's in Rock Rapids, IA really needs to do something about the parking in front of the store. It is a S**t show most of the time. They need to have someone come paint lines so it isnt such a disaster when its busy.
