I just left my tire to be patched. One guy even checked the tire to ensure it was put on right for safety. When I called other places, they were either charging extra and giving me at least a day and a half to fix it. So, I drove across town because I knew I wouldn't be disappointed there. “Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

“Very friendly and courteous staff!! Recently had replaced tires on a vehicle and had to have them re-torqued prior to an expected road trip.
Without an appointment, on a very busy day, I randomly stopped in and a service tech went well out of his way to come out to the parking lot and ensure all four tires were properly torqued.
Provided peace of mind and the guy was just awesome. Sorry, didn't catch his name.”

“Best place in town for tire needs! Previously bought 2 new tires from them during which they helped me find tires within my budget and service was friendly and quick. Then yesterday, I had a nail in my tire and I went in to see if they could help me repair it. Because I'd bought the tire there previously the repair was only $10. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The RELIEF I felt! I definitely trust them and will return again.”

They will show me what’s wrong and I never have to question if they are taking advantage of me. They are kind, funny, and they work hard! I highly recommend this place.”
“I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of a tire. While traveling through, I was sideswiped by a semi and my trailer tire got damaged. I called CRT to see if they had a tire that would fit my trailer. They said they had three in stock. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter went to get them for me. He quickly realized that the tires had been sitting too long and were no longer good.
He could have easily just sold them to me or he could have upsold me for much more expensive tires. Instead he took the bad tires off the rims, replaced them with radials and charged me almost exactly the same price.
Great customer service and honest business practices like this seem to be harder to find these days and it was a breath of fresh air to experience it all in one place.”

They determine I needed a valve adjustment to resolve that issue and pointed out and explained a oil leak due to a solenoid that was less expensive to replace at the same time. The performed the work as expected at a very competitive price. I plan to use them in the future.”

Did a once over on our vehicle and explained everything helpfully, advised on rear shocks but encouraged us to schedule an appointment for a full courtesy inspection on our 01 LeSabre. Quoted the shock service and new tires with no pressure.
A WWII veteran drove his vehicle to their shop for service at the same time we were there (you read that right) and we watched this business honor our service veteran with a courtesy bill and then literally escorted him out of their building.
We will gladly return for future business.”

“Kevin and crew have repaired my 2012 Expedition 4x4 system last year very good and price was fair. My Expedition is over at their shop now and is running rough different problem. I will update on this repair. Yet Kevin has been in business for a long time has always been fair I would expect the same treatment as before. Update coming next week.”
