Paid for an express car wash ($8) and entered the bay. No matter where my car was, the machines never started. It didn't work AT ALL. Called the number posted outside and no one answered. I left a message and am waiting for a call back. DO NOT COME HERE.

I paid for the double presoak. My driver's side received NO presoak. I called the phone number listed on Google. The guy that answered gave me a second phone number to call but it is not connected with the car wash!

First vacuum we tried ate our quarters and the second didn't pick up anything. Not even a piece of paper. Tried to call the customer service line at 4pm on a Tuesday and got no answer. Voice mail was full. Waste of time and money.

Spent alot of money trying tp get a decent wash in the auto wash several times. Owner said he would give me some free washes but when I asked him he of course couldn't remember. Not a great place to wash since it never works right or is out of soap constantly. I ended up with Tommy's monthly.

Had a bad experience the first time and decided to give them a second try. The soap has 0 cleaning power. I dont know if they are trying to save money by not using enough or if it is just not good but it doesnt work and barely foams. It was also unpleasant having to walk thru standing water that smelled terrible.

I used Automatic car wash and let me tell you. The wash arm was dragging around my car and i am in shock. So i decided to run out of there before it finished second round. I had to finish it off with the manaul bay beside it. Called the number behind the door he apologized and trying to explain about someone trying to use it with extra gear rather than the car itself. I just lost my $12 premier wash there. The guy did not offer me anything. I use minivan for god sake with nothing attached to it. Beware!! he should post some physical sign that said broken or out of order. Run away before the wash arm scratching your paint off.

Bug remover barely trickled out and wasted a minute trying to get it to work. High pressure wash only removed large chunks and struggled to remove dust film. Very disappointing as I’ve tried all three bays.

Second time in a row I paid and didn’t get much or any of the service. First time the door wouldn’t even open, this last time the wash arm traveled around the car a couple times and only dripped a little solution. Called maintenance number first time and got no response.

Probably the worst carwash I have been to!! Zero pressure unless you humanness the trigger. Hand hurts now and truck is still dirty. Soap highly diluted, looked the same as the water
