The Casey’s Crew (Shannon, Theresa, & Justin) did a fantastic job supplying 400+ donuts for two early-morning events at our school. The ordering process was easy, they packaged the donuts just as requested, and they didn’t bat an eye when we needed a slight change for Day #2. Added bonus: our school gets a kickback, thanks to the Casey’s Rewards program. Thank you!

This Casey’s has the nastiest bathroom of any gas station bathroom I’ve ever been to been her 10 ish times over the last 3 months always nasty and smelly I don’t think they clean it ever and unlike all the other Casey’s it doesn’t have a sign about reporting nasty bathrooms in it big surprise.

Friday Oct 6th at 555pm I stopped in to buy Cedar Rapids Parade of Homes tickets. I live in Robins and frequent the store 2-3 times per month over the past 15 years. I have owned and managed a small business with 30 employees the past 25 years. When I entered the store there was a young black hair colored girl sitting on a step stool behind the counter. She looked very disinterested and unhappy. When I asked about the tickets, she had no idea what they were nor where they were in the store. There was a Parade of Homes white pamphlet on the counter that I pointed out for her to look at for assistance. Reluctantly she asked for help from an older lady in the kitchen (who also seemed stressed and not friendly). The young girl came back from the kitchen and scanned the pamphlet with attitude toward me (like I was a nuisance being there and wanting to buy the tickets). I asked why she had an attitude and then she mutterred something under her breath, I asked for her name since she didn't have a name tag on twice and she totally ignored me, stopped helping me, and went over to the other register to help other customers. I asked if I could talk to her manager or supervisor, and again, totally ignored me. I went to the kitchen entryway for the older lady to help me and she said she would be with me in a second. As I was waiting for her, another customer mentioned to me of how his customer experience at this store has been deteriorating over the past few months as well. She came to the register to ring me up to pay for the tickets, but she said she didn't know where they were at. What good was selling me tickets that they had no idea where they were? Coudn't they call a manager to find out? I then said nevermind and left the store. I will NOT spend my money here again. The young girl needs to be fired due to total lack of respect and rudeness shown to a customer. Management needs to screen and train their employees much better.

I deal with so much racism here. My name is sa'kyah lee the "colored girl" when I work here i go out my way for the customers and do my very best to make sure my customers are happy the man had approached me and he was already hostile, I am not from iowa I at the time had no clue what the parade ticket was I grabbed another employee who may have an idea what he was asking for I was not feeling well trying to get through the day this man then made a comment "well why dont you get someone who does knows" as I was trying to get help for him already not feeling well and very confused he then proceeds to say i have an Additude and I am very rude he then ask for my name I will admit i refused to give him my name i was stalked through out my life already feeling scared i then told him what he owes he continues to ask for my name I asked for another employee to help him. 2 customers said i have done nothing wrong, he is entitled to great customer service but i will not deal with racism and ill-mannered people. And as an employee of casey's I do Apologize for my behavior on my end thank you.

Dear Casey's I entered your establishment at 1737 o clock got down on all fours and licked the floor and it tasted awful (yucky ) the bathroom floor was less bad ? the employee with the name tag max was very attractive and helpful pondering if he has a girlfriend lmao jk... unless ? sincerely, frank.Edit: I commented this when I was drunk but it still is reflective of my opinions so im keeping it up

After standing at the counter for 5 minutes (with no one behind it)I was greeted with "Do you need something?" Everytime I go there I remember why I don't go there anymore

I called specifically to see if they carried Fanta. I had a 15 mile drive. When I called ahead they said yes they did have Fanta. When I got there they did nit have Fanta. the employee said I called a different Casey's. I redialed to the same Caseys i was at and They didn't seem to care. Won't go back. #caseyssucks

I walked into this store on a nice winter day. I wanted some tobacco and some drinks, most of the staff was incredibly friendly aside from the child running the register. He had glasses and greasy hair I can’t quite remember his name but he was a short skinny kid. He was cursing at the other employees and when I came up he was near robotic while talking with no meaning behind his voice and he came off like he was fed up with my request for some cigarettes. This store is great but that kid absolutely ruined my experience. If this kid is working again I will just walk out and leave.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Rude employees, waiting an hour for food and the store had not even started the order. I can see why why the customer service is poor, corporate customer service is just as bad.

If you go here looking for 3 things, garunteed they will not have at least one of them, the kitchen won't be staffed, or working, pumps might be down, might be taking cash only, soda is out of stock. These are the things that happen too often here.
