Worst Casey's I've ever been to. Noontime and entirely out of pizza, out of condiments for sandwiches, explained as "we were really busy." And then it actually got more aggravating when after getting a dry sandwich to eat, dude says "it's probably too late now but we got a bunch of pizza." And suddenly the pizza display was completely full. How you go from Zero Pizza to All The Pizza but not tell customers more are being made? (The "kitchen" appeared to be completely empty, no indication of activity. Where did 6 pizzas suddenly appear from?) Trash cans outside overflowing. Glad there is a Kum & Go on the other side of the highway for next time

Gas only comment: pump has 'regular' and non-ethanol options. Prices seem reasonable. Garbage cans needed to be emptied and the windshield cleaners were missing or needed to be replaced. No paper towels for windshield cleaning. Plenty of parking. Visited on a Thursday at 7:30pm. I did not go inside.

Nothing in the hot case every time I’m here, along with the employees just chilling on their phones the entire time. Most of the time, they don’t even pay attention for several minutes while you’re standing there waiting to be checked out. Several posted prices on items ring up differently and when you explain that to the employees they just shrug like they don’t know and don’t care. I will be going to Kum and Go from now on, I work near by so they will be getting a lot more money.

I'm not sure why Caseys still calls them selfs a gas station/convenience store because going to any Caseys anymore is as much of an inconvenience as it can possibly be.Theres never 2 registers open, the employees want to strike up conversation with you like you're their friend and are way to personal and if they're not doing that then they're being as rude as possible.Half the time I'm in here theres an employee sitting in a chair behind the counter because they can't stand for a full shift and end up taking 15 minutes to ring up like 4 customers.Caseys within the past 6 years has gone from one of the best Gas Station chains in the midwest to the absolute worst, employees get promoted to managers just for showing up on time, they've made cost cuts at every single possible angle, thats why 90% of the time their chip readers don't work and they have half stocked shelves but because they bought out almost every gas station they can afford to be a worthless corporation because people have no other options for quick needs.
