“I stopped in between jobs yesterday for an oil change and just happened to pull in right after somebody else. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get to my second job on time and then without asking Tim opened the other bay for me so I wouldn't have to wait. Dustin was very friendly and asking about coupons and informing me about prices before they started. They both worked really well together, topping off my fluids and filling my tires. I was in and out super fast and was extremely happy with my service. I appreciated they did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff or tell me I need things that I did not. I will most definitely be back and tell everyone else to go there as well.”

“We have serviced our jeep here twice. They are awesome to deal with. The second time, we knew something major was wrong with the jeep but another shop was unable to diagnose it. Took it into Hughes and they gave us a prioritized list of repairs (only 3) and assisted us with different pricing options. They were very good at explaining all of the issues and our options. The jeep is now fixed, despite another shop claiming they couldn’t find anything wrong (it was shaking severely).”

“I can't thanks this establishment enough. We were driving from Chicago to Iowa City when we got a slow leak in our tire. I called to Erickson's and they told me to be there at 1:30. It was only about 90 minutes and we still needed to make it there. After filing the tire 5 times to get there (the slow leak came a monster), we pulled in at 1:20. In no time, the car was pulled into the bay and found it was beyond repair. But, lucky for us we had a full size spare. They put the spare on and gave us our old tire and all of that happened in about 15 minutes. More than enough time to get to Iowa. City for the weekend wedding we were attending. So, thank you a million times for being kind, finding time for us and the VERY inexpensive bill at the end. Just amazing and so kind. If we lived in Moline, I would have brought you cookies. DEB”

The location is great, and they're always incredibly efficient & fast. I stopped in today when I was in a bit of a hurry, and as usual, they got me in and out without delay.
One thing I appreciate about this place is that while they will let you know about additional services they offer or suggest based on your vehicle’s needs, there's never any high-pressure upselling. It’s nice to know they respect your decisions AND budget.
Madelynn, the manager, was particularly helpful today. She explained some aspects of my vehicle's operation that I had never heard before, and the information was both helpful and practical. She knew my truck better than I did. :-). It's clear she's very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the insights. Ethan and Devin also worked on my car and did an excellent job—quick, efficient, and thorough.
