“No issues with how quickly they got me in, or how they initially dealt with me. The problem was the unsatisfactory result. They returned my black vehicle with extreme 3 dimensional swirl marks in the paint. I took it back and they got it better, but it still had these severe swirl marks that they created with their buffing process. They will not get a 3rd opportunity, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Inexcusable that my vehicle would be returned to me twice with the paint finish in the condition that it was in. UPDATE: They reimbursed me for a detail that was done by another facility. They were able to get the finish substantially better. Can't completely hold it against them when they tried to do right by me as a customer. Thank you Daniel Valencia for trying to make this right.”

“I blew a tire after hitting a curb and after my daughter and I starting to try to change the tire I went over to the auto body shop across from where I pulled into and asked one of the guys if he could help us. The guy that helped us was very kind and so patient. We had all the tools but had one of those Jack's that take forever to use the bar with and after he tried with mine he even caved and got his own jack from the shop. Finally got the jack situated and then the nuts on the tire was too tight so once again was kind and patient and walked back to his shop and got his tools. The whole job took a lot longer than anticipated when I originally asked him to help but thankfully he was very patient and willing to do all he could to help us. He didn't ask for anything in return but for me to write a review on Google. His review was most definitely earned and will keep his shop in mind if I need anymore help if I'm in rock island again.Service: Tires”

“Drove 5 hours each way to get my truck from Kunes Ford. Worth every minute. From negotiating the price to getting a great deal on, an extended warranty I could not have asked for a better group of people. I had been searching for a while for a specific truck and they had it. The other dealers I had dealt with all were bait and switching the price. They tell you one price and then they tell you all the add-ons that the claim they have added. Always jacking up the price anywhere from 3k to 5k. However here I got nothing but honesty and straight dealing. No adding things on unless I had requested it. They truly wanted to get me in the truck I wanted for a great deal.

“Kevin did an awesome job on my tank. It had a noticeable dent and deep scratches on it from getting knocked over while it was off the bike during maintenance, and a couple dings and chips from being 20 years old. He was able to bring it back to like new condition minus the decals as they aren’t manufactured anymore, but he did go over some custom airbrush options we could have done. Overall I would highly recommend, pricing was very fair given the quality of work performed and it was done within the timeframe he gave.Service: Body & Trim”
