We had an appointment. Called to let them know we were running late. Showed up when we said we would, before closing, and no one was there. No decency, no professionalism. Michael, the dude we spoke to was cursing on the phone when we told him we'd be late. He said he'd be there re, and couldn't help but tell us it about some birthday party he was late for. Instead of trying to reschedule he simply left, locked up shop and let us drive 3 hours to an empty store. Thank you, Michael, for being so selfish and rude that we decided to take our money elsewhere.

I’d like to start by saying that Michael is a total Rockstar! He went above and beyond to make the sale! He was very personable, honest, very professional, and easy to work with! I will definitely be going back to Silverline trailers if I’m ever in the market for a trailer again! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot, I doubt that you’ll be disappointed!

Chris contacted me through Facebook and helped me 100 % through the whole process and gave me the best options to purchase my enclosed trailer and was a great salesman I cant thank him enough for this and these are great people to deal with and highly recommend thank u again chris and silverline trailers u have a customer for life

Christian-Manager was fantastic! I was In a tough spot and told him my situation he found the best solution for me. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly A+ customer service. Clean and organized facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 stars for sure!
