I have Sat in line at drive thru for 20 minutes and they're still 7 cars deep, you'd think you could get some extra help with drive thru, extend their hours , or get a few more employees on the schedule, this is ridiculous. price is right but it'll be an hour wait till I get to the window.

It would be helpful if these reviews were read by people who care and will actually do something to make improvements. I agree with others. It is small town, it seems to be known that there are few choices for pharmacy, therefore customer service does not need to be high. Shame on you for that. People move to small towns in hopes for kindness, compassion and to feel like someone cares. Just a huge disappointment.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around! I’ve been there multiple times for my kids and the workers there are so slow and rude! I never get my medications the day of, I always have to wait till the following day!!

Mason was my personal shopper today! I have been sick unable to get to the store! He was 100 fabulous! 10/10 recommend him! Thank you mason for making sure I had what I needed!

Convenient, friendly and know our names. Often don't have meds that Dr orders until the next afternoon.

I love the staff here. all the girls are so nice and friendly. I do admit tho it does take them a minute to fill your meds tho. but it is all good I am never in a hurry at least not to take meds anyways. I call hy vee right when i get into the car at doctors office in council bluffs and by time i am back into red oak my meds are ready to be picked up. Can't get any better then that!

Worst pharmacy in town. They lose your prescription that you can't get a replacement for and have no way to get it back. On top of that they are the slowest pharmacy ever.

I want to say thank you to Casey who worked Sunday night. I'ma from Council Bluffs and he made sure flowers got delivered to my sister Sunday night. It was important to me she got them. I spoke to a girl earlier n daytime that assured me they would get delivered by 4 p.m. because they had another delivery going out even though it was Sunday Thank you again Casey n the girl who delivered them.from Audrey Nielsen Council Bluffs Iowa.

Went to drop off a script & was told when to come back. I did & my meds were not ready. Told another time & came back again. Then told my insurance had not approved yet. I seriously felt there was so many people running around in the pharmacy that it seemed clustered & a few seemed confused. I never went back.

Stated 30 minute wait.... 45 mins later they needed directions for one of my scripts and were calling... my dr was working the mobile unit right outside the building. Took scripts had corrected and went to Mo's at Medicap indefinetly!
