“This review is too long overdue. 2 weeks ago, I landed here with a serious gastrointestinal disorder, caught me off guard. For 5 days, I laid in my truck & visited the restroom. The point is, all the staff were very understanding & it met a lot to me. Especially a woman who works the grave yard shift, (dont remember her name) she told me about a small hospital close by, I went there for evaluation.Thank you all for your genuine kindness, & not just ready to kick me out,was a tough time. Everytime I pass on I-35, I stop in regardless if I need gas or not.”

“When I came, there was like no one but me and the staff in the store. usually when I come there’s some people inside. I got my 32oz Fountain drink for 89 cents (normally 1.33). “Never did I ever think that I’d take the time to review a gas station but this Kum & Go has been my comfort stop on the way from Waterloo to Des Moines the past year and a half. I love that I can rely on them to have healthier snacks in stock in addition to my sugary cravings. Seriously love the rebrand, the falafel sandwich, the staff, the lactose-free options, all of it! I’ve even been able to buy a last minute birthday present for my nephew here ?.”

“Thank you for the DIY dog wash right next door to the truck stops!!!! As a long haul truck driver, I can tell you more of them are needed. I had my truck and trailer washed yesterday so I could pick up eggs (required). I swung back through to wash my dog this afternoon. Again, thank you!”
