The lady that used to own this gas station no longer owns it. Friendly and excellent service.

Stoped to use the bathroom and she wouldn't let me use it unless I bought something. I bought the breakfast pizza and it was delicious. I now stop here all the time and not just for the bathroom.

I stopped for a cup of coffee. The bell rang as I walked in the door, got my coffee and few ice cubes to put into my cup. All of these things made noise. I stood at the front counter over 60 seconds and then, very nicely said, Hello" From the back room came a very rude voice saying, "I heard the bell, I have my hands full and will be out in a minute". I heard her finish marking products (another minute) and when she walked out she actually went over and stocked the cooler before waiting on me. When I paid I told her to keep the change and then she actually cussed at me. Worse place ever! If I knew who the owner was I would have called him! Negative stars!

I stopped needing to use bathroom. I am so bloated, i look full term pregnant, holding my left side asked for bathroom, had to be customer. Came out holding left side, worker asked if I'm sick. Said "no, i think i have kidney stones. Why, do you kick out sick people?" "No i just want to be careful. I've had a colostomy bag burst, catheters in the trash, and bandaids in the trash." I'm wondering if this is even legal? Discrimination against people with health issues? So... if i had a colostomy bag, would i have been kicked out? Rudest person i have yet to meet in iowa. Lived here 4 years now.

Husband and I (five month pregnant) stopped and I went in to use the bathroom. My husband was outside trying to fix the car (we just hit a deer not even ten minutes before stopping). I came out to help him and was going to grab my card to get something to drink. Lady came out said did you not see the sign bathroom for customers only and walked back in, opened her mouth to soon, so we left. They may also want to change what it says. It could also mean employees use a different bathroom. They really need to be retrained on customer service.

Went in an hour before closing and made a purchase. Then asked the casher if I may use the restroom, I was told she is cleaning and sorry, the floor is wet, that she is closing soon. Obviously very pregnant, due in 6 days, I told her I have a baby sitting on my bladder and really had to use the restroom. She then said I shouldn't go in because of the bleach smell anyway. She asked how far I had to drive and I told her storm lake (at least 18 miles away) this still didnt convince her I really had to go. Never have I been denied a bathroom being obviously pregnant. From now on, I will not stop here as I travel this road once a week. Find more polite help.

A cup of ice isn't free, you have to buy something in order to use the bathroom, owner is the rudest person I've met. If I could give negative stars, I would.
