I purchased a Big Dock system for a difficult installation in tidal waters at Norfolk VA. They worked patiently with me through out the process and produced a stairway, ramp/gangway and dock system that looks and preforms like new after a year of 4 ft tidal changes and storms. Their aluminum welds are a work of art. Installation was exactly as described with no issues other than a few slight flaws in the bolts and nuts (they dont manufacturer those) Have a tap handy and pay attention as you install the bolts - if you feel resistance, back the bolt out right away, inspect/replace it and run the tap through the nut. This only takes a minute and will eliminate any issues there.I couldn't be happier with my Big Dock System!

Awesome dock system. We have a place in North Wisconsin and the docks stayed in all winter with no problem. I’ll be ordering a couple new sections from them to add on.

This dock system is top of the line. I've had the dock for a couple years and love it. Re--configuring the dock is easy. I change mine up a couple times a year. Just added the drive on Waverunner floats and they are perfect! Highly recommend !
