I have gone to the dog wash there many years usually always clean.last couple of weeks Dirty and trash has not been picked up. Maybe he's on vacation.

I feel bad for the guy that bought this car wash. Polk city is were business go to die. The city council can't balance their own checkbook but they can help run the local businesses into the ground.

It's usually open when it's cold out because they have operable doors. The soap cycle is pretty light on the soap and when you select wax it's usually not very effective and almost just plain water. When I washed my car today, there was actually zero wax. I sent them a text to let them know, but got no reply. If you just want to clean off the salt and dirt, this place is perfectly fine, but if you want to wash and clean your car go somewhere else. 3 stars for effort, but much better options other places.

Very good car wash, and good cleaning. Very long wait though, and the paying machine is almost broken. I have decided to go to kwik star instead, because of the better service, effectiveness, and better quality cleaning. But thanks! Edit 6/4/22: This car wash washes your car extremely well, in a VERY SHORT amount of time. Kwik star has a very long wait line, and this has virtually none. Kwik star is good too, but thanks!

$37 charge for a car wash that was half completed. I had move over to use manual stall and wash off soap. A $12 original charge + $3 for the use of the manual stall somehow equate to $37.Awful experience!

Nice water pressure and well lit. Good place to kill some time before my tee time on a sunny Saturday fall morning. The garbage can could be a little larger maybe. The size in my stall is a good size for a bathroom in a house that has 6 q-tips, a kleenex or two and some thread that was cut off a shirt sleeve after a weeks time.

Paid $10 for the premium wash... The fans did not operate at the end. Left with water spots all over. Car was also still dirty after the "wash." Save your time and money.
