“The Ankeny Staples printing department is second to none. I needed some printing done for my sister in law's funeral the next day. Because of high demand for printing, I was not able to have my project completed the same day. When I explained my situation to Heather, she was able to print everything within an hour! “I've has a mail box there since 2014. I often travel as a nurse out of state. The UPS Store can ship me my mail when I call or about once a month. When I shop online I have it sent to the UPS Store for pickup no worries about it being stolen off my porch or driveway. The Store has just been sold so expect some changes as most of the staff are leaving. I've always received friendly and professional service there.”

“I had an international package that was supposed to be here on 11/28 but U.S. customs held my dress in there forever. Anthony helped me track down my package, it was supposed to get to me the day after I left. I got a notification it was at the Ankeny post off as I was heading to the airport for vacation. I Asked them can they please check for my package. They were so kind! Anthony looked high and low. He found it. It’s the small things these days. I can’t thank the team enough.”

“Not only was I treated well but I watched a clerk answer a TON of questions from an elderly lady and was so patient. In the end, the lady didn’t understand and owed money but the clerk allowed her to leave without requiring payment. It was a nominal amount but the gesture went a long way to me. Thank you!”

“The workers are so helpful and kind! I am grateful to have a small and accommodating post office in our community. They do close for an hour over the lunch hour. So be aware of that when dropping off a package or going to send something.”
