Rock Valley Physical Therapy in Polk City has talented and friendly therapists, a nice facility and helpful out-going office staff. I wouldn’t use any other place for my physical therapy.

I have received physical therapy at this location for neck and shoulder issues and have been extremely happy with the care I was provided. I’ve worked most often with Seth and he always listens to what I have to say and tailors my treatment and exercises to me and my fitness goals. The atmosphere is positive throughout the whole building. The front desk staff is kind and helpful, quickly learns your name, and makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend Rock Valley in Polk City to anyone looking for physical therapy services.

Logan is great at what he does, he really helped me with my carpel tunnel, back, and shoulder. Logan is great with explaining the why behind the how which I really appreciate! If he gives you an exercise, he is not only showing you how to do it, but explains why it helps. I have had the unfortunate advantage of having to go multiple times, but the entire office has made it a great experience. Overall, the entire office staff is amazing from Jane at the front and Logan, Seth, and Steph in the back!

I struggled with sexual dysfunction for 7 years until I went to Rock Valley. With the help of Pelvic Floor therapy from Stephanie I have gained a better understanding of the pelvic floor and how to strengthen that area of my body. With only 2 MONTHS of care I now have no issues at all! Stephanie is very knowledgeable and makes you feel seen and heard in your health journey no matter where you are- this has changed my life and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who struggled with the same things I did.

Rock Valley is a first class operation. Staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and very skilled in their therapy. The entire staff is friendly and very welcoming. Seth Bonifas is my therapist and I can highly recommend him for any of your needs.

Rock Valley Physical Therapy is such a welcoming and caring place. Stephanie Kelsick has been amazing resource for my health journey. She understands my unique physical needs and limits. My core strength is improving every day thanks to her and the incredible staff.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Rock Valley PT in Polk City. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional with a home town feel. I originally went in for hip and knee issues. Logan knows what he’s talking about and knew what I would need literally to get back on my feet. While the exercises are great, I also appreciate the teaching he provides to help make sense of what is going on and how I need to think about the way the body functions.

Rock Valley Physical Therapy has helped me get back to the things I enjoy! I had a bicycle accident in April. My life changed in that moment and has been filled with doctor appointments and PT ever since. Seth has been a huge help in guiding me through my recovery. He is very patient and helped me to understand the different messages that I was getting from various DR's. Seth is awesome. I totally recommend Rock valley, physical therapy!

Great place to come for rehabilitation. Logan really cared about my progress, my level of pain, how to reduce that level of pain and making sure that I had the appropriate home exercises to do and just generally kept me informed on what my knee was doing, how it was progressing and what additional goals we needed to meet. if I have any additional rehabilitation to do, I will certainly come back to Rock Valley Physical Therapy.

After a recent medical issue I was referred to Rock Valley to get me on the fast track to recovery. The facility is very nice and the staff very knowledgeable in lots of different ailments. Last session was today and I feel great. Thanks to all!!

Can’t recommend the Rock Valley Polk City location enough! The entire staff is extremely friendly and personable. I worked solely with Stephanie Kelsick throughout my pregnancy on preventative pelvic floor PT, but she also went above and beyond, continuing to monitor my every day/exercise movements and how my body was feeling overall, addressing any issues along the way. She’s the best in the business!

The Rock Valley staff of Polk City were very professional yet personable in creating an individualized plan to assist me gain full recovery following a shoulder and ankle injury. They showed empathy and encouragement but also challenged me appropriately to restore full strength and functioning. They explained the purpose for each exercise/stretch/strengthening component of my program which kept me motivated and accountable for my progress. They listened. They understood. They celebrated the small and large victories and created a very positive environment. Thank you Seth and Logan for your dedication and patience during my journey to recovery.
