The toilet wouldn’t flush most of that staff are just plain rude and me and some friends got banned because we sat on the side of the building because we accidentally spilled some noodles they are always giving me looks and thats very disrespectful

Stopped in to use the men's bathroom. I noticed there was no toilet paper in the stall. Asked the girl at the front for toilet paper to use and she made me purchase 2 rolls of charmin.

I went to Kum & Go to use the restroom and bathroom was a total s*** disaster.Pee,poop stains everywhere.I walked there and there was a random whole in the ground with NO sign. 10/10 don't recommend this place EVER thank you.

Stopped before they closed on Fri night- Jan 27. We had come in from a flight from AZ and still had a 2 hr drive to go home.. we badly needed gas, a drink, a bite and a quick potty break. I even thanked him for still being open AND we were out before he closed - yet the attendant went out of his way to be rude to us, especially when my husband used the restroom without “asking” The attendant made a rude comment to my son and I while we paid - asking if we don’t speak or understand English but didn’t say a word to my husband - which was probably wise. We visit Polk City often because we have good friends that live there but Kwik Star will get our business from now on.

Please fix your cappuccino and pop machine. Warm flat pop is not cool and I need my morning cappuccino. It’s been like this for months now. Otherwise, I’d give 5 stars, and will once they fix these two issues.

Staff was quite rude and warm food cabinet(4:45pm) had one single slice of pizza that looked to have been there for many hours.

I would normally say to go there but I think their rule of doing online pizza orders before called in pizza orders is bs. 1 min time difference and the wait time goes from 25 min to 1 hour. they need to rethink that plan and make first come first serve like most food places. I am disappointed bigtime.

The only reason I gave this store 3 stars is to the employee Summer that I saw she greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was and gave me overall good service. What it looked like to me is that she was doing everything all by herself.

I had to go back to my car for more change since the cashier wouldn't honor the price the pop was marked for on the shelf. A better policy would be selling it for the price it was marked as and not pissing off a customer
