Polk City Nutrition is a fantastic place for a quick and easy on the go meal. The shakes are full of proteins and nutrients. I highly recommend the teabombs. If you need that caffeine in the morning to get you going one of these teabombs with some FOCUS added to it will keep you energized all day. I never hit a wall or crash in the afternoon with them. Additionally the gals that work there are great.
