“I completed the 6 week challenge (for the 2nd time) last week and am happy to say it was a success. The first week is tough to get through if you’re just getting into the swing of working out, but once you do, you start seeing results very quickly. I lost 5-6 lbs my first week. The next couple of weeks I plateaued and the coaches worked with me to adjust my calorie intake. That adjustment was critical to my success in completing the challenge and meeting my goals. All the coaches, Eddie, Lauren, Chico, and Joe were there to answer any questions I had about the workouts, food intake, supplements, etc., and they did it with a smile. The coaches also do a great job bringing energy and pushing you through each workout. The variety of the workouts is my favorite part of the program. They do a fantastic job of switching things up on a daily/weekly basis. If you’re looking to get your fitness journey started or need to press the reset button after some time off from the gym, I can’t recommend this gym and program enough.”

Each day is different and strength days are rotated with cardio days so it's easier to get into a routine of going consistently without over working any particular muscle group. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and provide modifications both to make exercises more difficult or to make it easier or to adjust for any past or present injuries you may have. I've been attending for 3 years now and have gained a ton of strength and cardio endurance, as well as a better feel for what my personal goals are outside of just "losing a few pounds". Health and wellness is so important!”

They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to if i have questions and often just simply ask about your day. The pool and locker rooms are always clean and i never worry about the showers or changing areas as they seem to always be well maintained. Im extremely thankful for the option of the pools. It's nice to have a place to go and work out and do physical therapy where i feel safe and comfortable.”

Large windows on three sides really opens up the space. This location also had a lot of new equipment including the equipment I need for my knee rehabilitation. The staff is terrific and I like coming when it is most convenient for me. Be sure to check out this location before you make your decision.”

Great lifting environment.My only issue is, the gym itself is on the smaller side and could use some equipment updating. Better ellipticals, could use a hex bar, a better leg press machine, also due to the size the cable machine does not have the good cable back row/pulldown addons on it which is unfortunate. A ab crunch machine would be nice as well. You can still get a great workout in but I would love to see some more must have lifting machines.”
