“On 9/13 around 3:45 PM, I swung through the car wash on my way home for the weekend with a truck Dirty from gravel dust and a construction site. Brandon took the extra 60 seconds to power spray my wheels and running boards. Of the numerous times I have come through with my truck in a similar condition, this type of service was never given. “I've been a loyal customer of Splash Car Wash for years, and I'm always impressed by their clean facilities and excellent service. But what really sets them apart is their self-service spray bay area.
As someone who's tried both the automatic car washes and the self-service spray bays at various car washes, I can confidently say that I prefer the latter. While the automatic car washes are convenient and quick, they often leave behind a film or residue on my vehicle, especially if it's particularly dirty. Not to mention, I've had issues with them scratching my car's paint in the past.
The self-service spray bays at Splash Car Wash, however, offer a much more thorough cleaning experience. With the ability to control the water pressure and temperature, I can ensure that my vehicle gets the deep-down clean it needs without any harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes. Plus, I get to choose exactly how long I want to spend in the bay, so if I need extra time to get those tough spots off, I can take it.
The facilities at Splash Car Wash are always spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of soap and water available for a thorough rinse.”
“I was in here earlier today and this young man in a red shirt that seems to be the same guy the one star is talking about helped me. It’s a shame to see that review after how nice he was to me. Also being out of town he suggested to upgrade me because of my bugs and the clear coat that would help my travels home. Boy was he right! And I’m sorry to him that some people are just rude, poor kid was already going through a lot today and for you to yell at him while he was just trying to help. This man seemed to know his wash better than you and would know what’s best. Anyway I will be coming back next time in town!!”

“Kwik Star has such a great vibe, like when you're on a road trip and see that large store in a small town that reminds you of an oasis in the desert. They have really good prices on stuff (some even beat grocery store prices) and they cook up a great selection of foods for their food bar. Staff has always been friendly and helpful too. Also watch out on the right side after the wash! The drive way is very curved…. It was my first time here and I ended up driving on the right curb…”

“Love the Laser wash. Regular washes have large string of fabric with soap rubbing the dirt and grime out of your vehicle but, what ever dirt may get embedded in the fabric just may drag across your car next.

“Had an amazing experience with the owners today who actually washed my car for me since I got a panic attack they were amazing and my car looked nice and shiny since I have moved into the area I have always washed my car at this car wash but day I was not feeling well and the owners were there to help me. They also gave me some car smells that you hang in your car for free they took care of me amazing people and a wonderful car wash it's the only one in Ankeny that actually washes the car and it's not expensive. Shout out to Gail for her help you have no idea how much this meant to me. Thank you and your husband from the bottom of my heart!! I will recommend your business to everyone!!”

I need a wand high pressure washer because I have a Jeep Wrangler & automatic car washers miss the wheels, bumpers, top, door side panels and top of the engine compartment-basically make a mess with their soap/wax stuff on trucks like mine-I used to use Village at White Birch car wash but they have been closed forever. I had a serious medical issue that has me having to be careful with moving-their facility is beautifully clean & heated stalls?cost to me is kind of irrelevant because if you have a vehicle you need to take care of it! I had quarters which I always have, but I had my credit card as backup.??”

“My husband has taken our cars here for 10 years or more. It has been a good experience until about 5 months ago. The last time that he used it he swiped his credit card and pushed the button for the $6.00 car wash that he wanted. Nothing happened so he hit cancel and did it again and it worked. You don't get a receipt so he always makes one for me to use when I balance our credit card statements. He lists the business name, date, and amount he charged. I just received our credit card statement and he was charged $22.00 for a $6.00 car wash. We are not happy about the mistake!
UPDATE: I contacted the car wash and quickly got a reply. We have been reimbursed for the mistake. Great customer service and greatly appreciated! I change my review to 5 stars.”

“Amazing folks run this wash. I came in to get my pickup washed and had taken my folding chairs out of the bed before going through. I completely forgot about them, but the staff noticed and set them aside for me. When I came back later, they still had them safe and sound! Really appreciate the honesty and attention to detail — not to mention my truck looked fantastic afterward. Highly recommend this car wash!”
“Just used this over the weekend and quite impressed. I had to use some gravel roads earlier in the day and car was very dirty. Wash is touchless which I prefer and I did the $12 wash. Dry cycle when exiting has a visible timer which is nice so you know how much drying time. Will definitely use again when needed!Service: Car waxing”
“This fleet farm is understaffed it seems which isn't terrible for the customer experience. They usually have most things in stock but if you're looking for M855 Green tip 5.56 ammo you will never find it in stock here which I don't really think is their fault it's just high demand. I do enjoy the great bargains you can sometimes find in clearance here though.”

“I had Nate do a 3yr Fenylab ceramic coating, just a small amount of correction was needed and he knocked it out, plus a full interior detail. Pricing was extremely competitive, the finish is flawless, and the 1-2 little personal touches didn’t go unnoticed.”
