Came here to cash a check that was issued from Wells Fargo. Jerks here didn't tell me till after the fact it would be over $7 to cash. Why would.i have to pay to cash a check issued from your bank? Screw you Wells Fargo. Don't even care to hear your response.

Family member out of town went to make a CASH deposit. They tell me we can't take cash for a deposit. You can deposit a check but no cash.

Went here to deposit all my change into my account. Initially I was a bit daunted seeing how I had never wrapped coins before, but one of the super nice employees, by the name of Madelyn, told me how to wrap them. She even spent some (and saved me a lot of it) time helping me wrap the coins.

Been using this branch since I first started my accounts in 2000. Always had nothing but good things to say until now. Went online and made an appointment for my day off so I could start savings accounts for my 3 daughters. I recieved the confirmation email with all the details of my appointment. The email also stated I would get a phone call from the banker, which I never recieved. Arranged my morning so we could be there on time which was 11. Get there and they have nothing on the schedule for and no time to add me due to other appointments. I showed them the confirmation email and everything was correct on my end. Only solution was for them to call other branches and see if they had any available appointments, otherwise they didn't have time for me. At that point with them closing at noon i didn't have time to drive to another branch anyway. Just very frustrating

Kelli Underwood, the service manager, was so helpful with my situation. What was a sticky situation she helped me manage through it and figure out all the twists and turns of my predicament. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo if you’re planning on going inside and talking to a teller.

This is probably the best Wells Fargo store I have gone to In the Des Moines Area. I started my accounting not here at 14 and have always love it. I now live in West Des Moines and will drive all the way to Pleasant Hill because their service is excellent!
