Its unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review for a daycare I was so fond of. They surely should rethink how they train their staff and I highly recommend a small training course on how to properly handle a child that has an IEP. Simple actions such as talking to a child from eye level and making them feel as if their feelings are valid are very easy things to learn. I highly recommend better staff training for how to handle altercations between children and how to redirect them to put forth that energy into something productive. If your child has any special needs or medications they need daily I recommend finding alternative solutions for childcare. Do better.

The bus driver that takes and picks up the kids at Pleasant Hill Elementary is NOT a safe driver. The driver cuts other drivers off causing a lot of parents to have to slam on their breaks. I highly suggest NOT allowing them to drive or pick up your child at this daycare. That driver WILL kill someone because of her impatients.

There was a child injured today. It sounds to me that this little child was not being watched by the provider. The reason I say this is because he is 18 months old and should have never ever been climbing on the outdoor playground it is for older children. This child is my grandson and his lip was was hanging off. He is doing ok but this should have never never happened. He will not be going back to daycare.
