Do not take your car here. Take it anywhere else. They repaired my car after I hit a deer. They put the wrong front bumper cover on and 14 months later never fixed it because they were to busy. Worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!

The hood of our car flew open driving down the freeway and caused a bunch of damage. We came here because I had heard nothing but good things about them. I was sorely disappointed to find out the opposite. When we got the vehicle back there were greasy hand prints all over the interior, the moon roof weather stripping was not installed... the front bumper now has a crack in it.. They used dollar store screws and washers to put the trim on around the wheel wells, and apparently to them it is OK to use self tapping screws in place of the bolt that broke off to hold the quarter panel on..... when we confronted them about it I actually ended up in a shouting match in the parking lot with one of the guys. And his argument was that is the way it was, and it was from whoever worked on it before him. They were completely uncaring and unconcerned about what we thought or how we felt. From the outset they were condescending and rude to my wife and it continued throughout the whole 4 week process. They claim to always send a vehicle out in better shape than it was before the accident... well I have to say, not in this particular case. Think twice before dropping your vehicle off!Service: Body & Trim
