Cherie was great with my 18yo daughter. She was very patient with the service she sent the car out to get and kept us updated the whole time. Although the part took forever to get in and work properly. She remained in contact. We weren't even for sure we were going to buy that car as I hadn't even test drove it, only my daughter. The wait to get the car was on the place they took it for service, not on Cherie. Thanks for everything and she is off to college in her new-to-her car!

Whatever you do, stay away from buying from this place. Bought a 2019 Honda Accord Sport with 21,000 miles for over $20,000. Salesperson said it was stolen and had some cosmetic damage (which wasn’t awful) but as I started driving it, it started making noises. Took it to the Honda dealership and the entire frame is bent, super bent. Had to get new wheel wearing after 1,000 miles. The bent frame is also wearing down the tires so badly that I had to get all 4 new tires after 5,000 miles of driving the car!!! The salesperson NEVER said a word about any damage besides cosmetic… how does the car mechanic miss a bent frame? Car is a piece of junk and you cannot trust a single person at Kars. BE AWARE.

Cherie was great to work with. I called to express interest in a vehicle they had posted online and she informed me that it was undergoing repairs and would be back on the lot in a few days but there was a lot of interest in it. Once it had come back on the lot she tried calling me multiple times to make sure I got a chance to come take a look at it knowing that I was interested but so we’re other people.
When I was finally able to get over there she was very friendly and helpful during the process. The car was an older model but looked to be well maintained and she provided the car fax report as well as the in-house inspection and repair report. She said there wasn’t any room to negotiate on the price initially but then called the owner and got it down enough to cover the price of a new hitch receiver.
She also helped me get a better interest rate on my loan because she knew it would be better from a different lender than the one I had been pre-approved with.
In general this was an easy and straightforward process and I appreciated Cherie’s desire to help us.

Absolutely the worst car I have driven from a car lot. As soon as I got in the car it was dirty and the motor was knocking. It's the 2019 Nissan Sentra S with 22,000 miles. It drove like it had 200,000 miles on it.
The salesperson was the only reason I wanted to deal with them.

We worked with Cherie who did a wonderful job assisting my 20 year old daughter with her car purchase.Car needed repairs which after conferring with management Cherie committed to Kars taking care of. They ended up correcting 50% of the issue leaving us with a $1900 repair bill.I hope Cherie finds a place to assist clients where her word as a representative of the company is fully supported.

They pulled hard inquiries and told me 2000 down and last minute told me that the dealership would loose too much money I don't understand how since I was willing to pay full price. So if you don't want to mess with your credit score and waste your time then you would be better to shop somewhere else..

Was interested in buying a JKU they had on lot, unfortunately I sent them an email Monday and it’s been nearly a week with no response yet, couldn’t imagine the customer service without being able to respond to emails

This is the best dealership that I've dealt with. The truck had a slight issue & they fixed it, no issues. My salesperson Cherie was pretty awesome along with the rest of the staff. Next purchse i make will be with Kars inc. Thanks everone!

Bought a car, have not even owned it a year it has been having severe mechanical issues nonstop to point I have to take it to Toyota dealership to figure out what is going on because it is not reliable . The car stinks bad & I discovered holes everywhere in the floor on the driver side & passenger, they hid everything & lied about it having issues & when I searched my vehicle up nothing . Will never do business here again & I may have to buy a new car thanks to them… better off going to a dealership like Toyota then here..
