I've been coming here for yrs usually pretty good but they absolutely suck on getting important medicine like antibiotics hell 2 3 4 days come on pisses me off enough I just get my normal stuff here now not the big important stuff I go straight down to methodist hospital to thier pharmacy always in stock with zero problems hyvee txt ya ya your stuffs ready get up thier n it's not ready or hasn't come in ok then what ya tct n call for saying it was in if I get a txt now I just wait 2 or 3 days wouldn't wanna rush them

I have had a bad experience for the last time. I have witnessed employees scream at their customers….which happened again to me tonight This store has expired food on the shelves, shelves not stocked, and the employees treat the customers like trash. Honestly this hy vee probably needs shut down. From now on I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to the Altoona hy vee. Customer service still matters….and this hy vee is way behind on this memo

I went to Hy-Vee yesterday to get fruit dip. I stopped at pleasant hill store on way home. I live 30 miles away or so. Their fruit dip was expired in June. I didn’t get the receipt so of course I can’t take it back. What I can tell you is I am never leaving a store with out a receipt ever again. This happens way to much now days. I’m sure it has happened some times but it seems like after covid i constantly walk out of a store with some thing expired. I am sick of it.

Prescription came in on a Thursday, called on Saturday to inquire what the status was and I was finally told that my my med is on back order which I understand it happens but I had to call them to find out that it wasn't getting filled. Instead of the pharmacy calling me to let me know right away so I could try to make other arrangements with my doctor that isn't open on weekends. On to the next pharmacy.

Let me start off with the good. It is open early and late, which is convenient when living in pleasant hill. It is a smaller Hyvee, so easier to get in and out faster. The bad.. the cafeteria is limited and the food doesn't seem fresh. I was hoping we could get one similar to Altoona, which is wonderful. The dine in is very confusing and not very clean. The store seems very understaffed.

I am so disappointed in this HyVee. We are Altoona residents and shop at both Pleasant Hill and Altoona HyVee’s. I was at the Altoona store this AM attempting to fill an Amoxicillin prescription for my sick son. They were all out but showed it in stock at your location. She called your store to see if you could pull it and fill it and we’d be on our way over there. She was instead told you were not willing to fill it as you were keeping it for your own pediatric patients. Guess what? We are a pediatric patient but not anymore. Terribly disappointed in this type of response and so was the Altoona pharmacy staff — they had never heard of such a thing.

since flu season is here an covid cases rising I would like to see sanitizer or wipes at the door for the carts. the pleasant hill hyvee has ignored several request by me to put something at the door to clean the carts. IGNORED!!!

I feel silly even writing this review but they are the worst staff and the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. So incredibly slow and rude. After this refill I will 100% never go to another Hy-Vee pharmacy and I will be calling corporate.

I’ve been using Hy Vee pharmacy for over 10 years. In that time I had some back surgeries where I wasn’t able to drive. They knew this as well as someone other than myself would be picking them up. My friends and family never had to wait or hassle that they weren’t me. That made it easier for me to inconvenience my friends and family.
