Ordered meat lovers specialty pizza & loaded spicy pepperoni breadsticks. The toppings were nowhere near the edge of the crust and it was cut so poorly, which i usuallyexpect, but it was way worse than usual, and the breadsticks didn't have pepperoni on half of the sticks and were missing the pickled jalapenos. I showed up 10 minutes later than estimated order pickup because they are always late and then had to wait another 15 minutes because they didn't even start our order. Then, assuming because they were rushing to complete our order because they were behind, the breadsticks were not cooked all the way through. And just an observation there were 2 cashiers next to each other and a line of 4 people with only 1 cashier assisting the line and while that one cashier was assisting us, the one just standing there was shoving a cookie in the working cashiers face. It was annoying for that individual and disturbing and annoying to all of those in line.

$.48 difference per gal of gas between Quicktrip and Casey's gas. I hope you don't price yourself out of business. But great job staying competitive with Kum.nGo.

Made our pizza wrong refused to fix when I brought it back. Removed it for my wife late and sent it home with her burnt.

Ordered a specialty pizza and a single topping pizA with extra cheese for delivery, and when it arrived it was NOT sealed and as of July of 2022 all food delivery services are supposed to seal food bags for safety, and this was not done and I can't get anyone at the store to answer the phone for 2 days so I'm asking is it normal for caseys to not seal the pizza boxes?I emailed you and then I was told it was sent to the store but it has been a few days and nobody has even reached out to explain why you aren't following the state law?

By far the worst cases I've ever been to day after day with little to no food if there is any it's old terrible customer service just all around really bad. If you have any other option go somewhere else.

Buttons were broken on the pump, couldn’t read my Hyvee rewards, cold brew was out, coke and half the soda flavors were out of syrup as the soda machine. Checkout was a mess and cashiers pretty surly. No pizza available and frankly just a disappointment all around.
