“I hate machine car washes. They never get the back of my car clean. The fact that these guys took the time to rinse the back side of my car made my car extra clean when i was finished. I will most likely get a subscription as this is most likely my preferred car wash”

“Its actually a pretty decent carwash. I am super pick and hand wash my jeep because autos dont get along with lifted vehicles. Has an air dryer and is card friendly. Air dryer needs a different style nosil bit still works decent. Wax spray stuff gets tangled in other hoses. Would be nice to have a card friendly towel and cleaner dispenser.”

“Awesome carwash. It's $11 for the best wash, which is a way better deal than the newer washs around altoona. I timed the undercarriage wash at the beginning to be around 40 seconds, which is enough time for my full-size truck. I've always seen the equipment perform well, and the dryer is 75 seconds. I've noticed a lot of carwashs set theirs at around 60 seconds, so this is another plus. Vacuums? I don't know,I don't use them, but I'm sure they suck like all the others. It's a vacuum.”

“I took my car to Mr Car Wash on Ingersoll this AM. MY CAR REALLY REALLY needed the inside&floor mats done. First time I went there since I stopped last fall. They did an excellent job. I received several comments about cleanliness in/out of my vehicle. One even said my car (2020 WHITE CHEVY/TRAX) was beautiful. Yea!!!!!”
“The staff here is fantastic. I’m so bummed Mr Carwash is eliminating full service here. There will now be one location in Des Moines with full service. One of the reasons I have never looked at the other monthly programs was because of the interior service option. I’m sure Mr Carwash competitors in Des Moines are pleased they made this decision. I understand labor costs but they’re eliminating a key differentiator as well.”
“I love coming here with my boyfriend. We hangout there and can work on our car and it's pretty relaxed. The self wash bays are nice. Sometimes the vacuum doesn't work in them or the rainbow foam won't come out but the pricing is decent and it's fun having it timed.”

“Built brand new 2023. Quick and easy. I keep membership through winter than I usually wash at home in summer. If you can use daily it's worth it but if you don't use enough I wouldn't get membership. I sent them emails about issue I was having nobody responded. Poor customer relations like nobody home automated bull not surprised”
