“I was in an accident last Wednesday where a car going at least 40mph rear ended me while I was stopped. I chose Scotty’s to have my car towed to.
I am SO incredibly glad I did. I first spoke with Chelsea last Friday to see about getting estimates done for insurance, and she said it could be towed then, or I could wait until Monday. Just to give a call when I was wanting it done.
I called first thing Monday morning and by 10:30 my car was at Scotty’s. Before close, Tucker gave me a call and went over what all they found. He gave me a warning that it would most likely be totaled out. But gave me advice on how to handle it and made sure I knew it was still my car and I called the shots.
Tuesday insurance declared my car a total loss, today I went to release my escape for insurance to get it tomorrow and grab everything else I needed out.
Tucker was AMAZING and answered any questions I had, even if they didn’t always make sense and explained everything so well.
My dad always swore by Scotty’s, unfortunately he isn’t here anymore but the experience I had this week confirms how great of a company it is. If I ever need anything like this done again (let’s hope not for my sanity) I will 100% choose Scotty’s again.

“5 stars is not enough for this team. A big fat 10 stars is more deserving. My first auto body experience after an accident causing damage to my vehicle turned out to be so nonstressful. I have never been more pleased with the attention to detail, of the repair, the personal phone calls to keep me advised of the progress and what had to be done. The receptionist is so patient and reassuring person -- was a joy to meet her. My car was repaired to perfect new condition -- and so surprised when I left to find they had basically detailed the inside of my vehicle which hadn't been cleaned since winter and snow was over. Thank you team for your excellent work....all in all what was an awful experience turned out to be a pleasant result --- my car now operates and looks like new off the lot.!!”

“This place is likely the best automotive service place I've ever been to. Kyle is absolutely amazing. I wish I would have found them sooner. I like the mainstream competitor....but this place is on a higher level. Safelite couldn't fix my window, so I found this place. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. My repair came in several hundred dollars cheaper than I thought. The window was cheaper through these guys also. Thanks for the wonderful service Kyle.”
