We made contact with Ryan when we were looking online for a new 5th wheel. He was helpful with any questions we had and replied in a timely manner. After our purchase, he worked with the service department to get the items that we needed to have fixed. Tim in service was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the walkthrough when we picked our camper up. Since we were over 4 hours away, I did need to contact Keystone directly to have our microwave replaced, but overall, everyone at McKee was great to work with!

Do not provide any sort of deposit on their RV's. The deposit does not entitle you to anything including holding the vehicle. They will sell vehicles to the first person who is ready to buy. There is also no refunds or policies on your deposit. Check their BBB rating and feedback.

I would not recommend this dealer for anything to do with a rv. Zero after the sale help, service department slow as they come, and can't fix anything, and said it didn't do it here, what a joke. They send you part that they have screwed up and expect you to pay for someone to install. Parts Department can't find part other then what the manufacturer supplies, can't look elsewhere. You are stuck with what they send you or what they don't send you! They don't care about making anything right. They are in business to make a profit for sure don't care about someone that spends $136,000.00 with them. They had my rv from the first of March 2023 to mid October 2023 and blame it on the manufacturer. I had to drive 180 miles one way to see what was going on with the repairs because the would not return my calls. They lie all the time, say it was not happening there, but when I got it home, the problems are still there that it went in for. What a poor place to get any service done. If you go there, hope you don't get a lemon like I did, they don't care!
Here is a picture of the brand new refrigerator that they installed. Finally recieve the correct new door on June 17th 2024, they delivered the rv mid October 2023.
Here is a picture of my washer/dryer that they installed after they delivered the rv. They did order a new closet door but will not pay for any labor to put things back together. I have been on light duty work for almost 1 year now due to back issues, so I can't attach the washer to the floor myself. So now the rv has been sitting and can't be used since October 2023 and was at their shop since first oh March 2023. Talk about getting screwed, that's what they do buyer beware!!
Here is some more to info to add. In response from McKee's on my review.
Ha ha ha ha, more lies, the only reason we went to see them August 4 was to see what was taking so long, this was a surprise visit for I could not get a response by phone, multiple phone calls and no replies. Mark even looked in the records of phone calls going out the day Teresa had in the computer that she had called us and the was no out going phone calls on that day to us.
And the issue with the slide was it was not painted after installing the new Swintek slide and they did not seal around the new slide.
As for the washer dryer being tipped over into the door, McKee's did the install on them. I had just gotten back from California with my rv, only 2600 mile round trip and 180 mile to get some warranty issues resolved with not tipping them over but their driver must of hit something very hard to knock them over and they sent me a new door for the closet and a piece of trim not sure if the door is right but I do know the trim piece is wrong and they have been notified that it was ordered wrong, still no trim.
As for the refrigerator door with the dent in it, they should have not installed the refrigerator with damage, or they must not be real observant, or they just don't care. You would think it would be easier to spot damage before you install it, just saying!
A new set of shower doors 2 week before taking the rv into McKee's for warranty issues. Handles were damaged
in delivery. I found the correct handles in stock, on ebay, Mark said nope, deal with what we sent you!
As far as the so called toilet paper holder that bubbled. That was the back side of the toilet it is called a topper for the cabinet that houses the electrical part of the toilet. Mark offered me some paint so I could sand the topper down and repaint it due to the bubbled paint cause by the high humidity in the rv due to the slide leaking in when it rains. This was the second time for this same issue. Mark also said they had fixed the water issues but a few days after getting it back home it was leaking in. I sent emails to Mark but he said it w

What an amazing experience! We went looking with a plan in mind. We wanted a toy hauler(even though we have no toys). We met Ryan, he showed us a few toy haulers. We decided they were not for us. Ryan said " we have a Jayco Pinnacle I think you'll like, if you want to take a look." We looked and we loved!!!

We bought a 2024 Cougar 23MLE fifth wheel in Apr. 2024. I will admit that I was quite hesitant making this purchase without ever seeing the RV in-person. I had done extensive research online about the RV and looked at the same model at local dealerships and RV shows. With all of the online scams nowadays I did everything possible to ensure I was not being scammed. One of the main reasons that I was worried was that the price quoted by McKee RV was substantially lower than any dealer in Utah. As the old saying goes....if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Luckily it was true. Even after shipping costs, I saved more than $7000 buying from McKee versus a Utah dealer. The whole buying process went quite smoothly and quick. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. My only complaint was that my video walkthrough of the RV was done by a person who knew very little about the RV. I understand that there are many RV models out there and it is hard to know about all of the RV's but I wish he had known a little more. He was still very pleasant to deal with and did the best he could. I did notice some negative reviews about this dealership when I checked w/ the Better Business Bureau. As far as those negative reviews, all I can say is that most if not all of them seemed to come from customers who tried to change something with their initial orders. I understand that many people believe they should be able to change their order as they see fit without incurring a penalty but many times these requested changes to orders may cost a business money. I suspect that if these people who made complaints would have not requested changes to their initial orders, they would have been happy customers, like me.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new RV at a great price.

Great RV dealer, they were very helpful in the process of buying a new RV. Had a new 2024 of the model we wanted, at a much better price than the other dealers we saw online. Charlie was a pro to work with, very good service and would definitely use him again in the future. They should give him a paid day off for the job he did for us.

We had an amazing experience with McKee! We bought our first camper privately but when we decided to trade in a few years later we called McKee. We frequently drive through Perry and see their nice inventory on both sides of the highway.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Carlos and Mikayla in paticular. Carlos helped us find the right unit for us and gave great input if there was something to consider. Mikayla walked us through every square inch of the camper inside their air conditioned delivery bay. Every single system, switch, and doohickey was tested and shown to us before we left. She was great at answering all our questions.
I'll definitely be doing my service and trade ins here from now on.

Wow, what a team! Stopped to look at Class C units, and Keith Lucas asked what our needs were. From there he showed us a few he thought might work. We had a class A to trade, Brad Drahos presented a good trade offer, before you know it a deal was made. Tim did a good job with orientation, Keith reviewed all the “tech” upgrades! Everything we experienced was above and beyond. Randy, our salesman, was very accommodating, even came in on his day off to take care of us. Very friendly staff and did a thorough job of familiarizing us with the use of our motorhome.
Well, the above was before sale, the added pictures show the refrigerator they installed coming out of the wall. There was nothing but weatherstripping holding the refrigerator in place. After several calls to McKee saying that they would have service contact me I haven’t heard a thing. It seems they are guilty of the same crap as the big RV shops. When I upgrade they won’t be on my list.

Carlos was absolutely wonderful to my fiance and I! After hearing our story about losing our house from the tornado that hit greenfield, he was quick to get to work! My fiance is a hard one to please but he kept showing her different options, and actually listened to what we wanted. After seeing the last one for the day, we were ready to start paperwork. We are so happy to finally have something to call home again. I will recommend McKee and especially Carlos everytime!!
