My friend walked in to buy some beer and before he even got the chance to put it in the counter this bigger white lady with glasses told him in a rude way to show her his id and she continued to talk in a rude way and told him to take off his glasses and he asked why (because nobody has ever told him to take off his glasses) he simply asked why and she responded in a rude way threatening him saying are you arguing with me I can tell the cop outside to come here!”. It’s really sad to see some of the workers at the register talk like that to CUSTOMERS and it hasn’t been the first time she’s rude towards customers I think she needs to get trained to give better customer service

The other day I came in to buy a pack of Dutch cigars…got Asked for my I.D. Which is fine…but before the cashier even seen my I.D. She goes “too young” mind you I am 26 years old if I was “too young” I wouldn’t be able to purchase them and then when I said “I think 26 is old enough it’s 4 years away from 30” she proceeded to say “Still too young” ma’am I do not need your personal opinion nor input to purchase something my I.D. Clearly says I’m old enough for. I really didn’t want to go on a rant but after thinking about it it still didn’t sit right with me. I got told at 18 I was too young…got told at 21 I was too young…I think at 26 it’s not really anyone’s
Business I am still a grown woman just like you still file taxes like you. So next time I come in save me the “too young”

Kwik Star is the best!!!!!! The staff is awesome! Better than Casey’s and Circle K. They definitely have a better hot food selection. The Take Home meals are very good. They have a good selection of hot foods as well. It’s the only gas station/convenience store hubby and I go to now.
