AJ and Jill were great! they kept me informed and repaired my 2019 Kia Soul in a timely manner that was stated. my car looked perfect just like it did before minus the boo boo. the paint was match perfectly!

We have had our Tahoe in twice to AJ - hit two deer! He did a great job both times. The Tahoe looked awesome both times! He also did some paint work and put some fender flares on our truck. Truck looks awesome too! He is very professional and communicates with you through the entire process. We highly recommend using Ketelsen Collision Center!

I cannot thank AJ enough for today. I'm from Waukee, and usually go to another repair shop here in perry- that repair shop didn't have my parts needed and then traveling to oreillys to no avail ( they only had 2 of the 8 bolts I needed) I was tired and just running low that no one would be able to help. I called Ketelsen Collision Center and the receptionist told me to bring it by and AJ could take a look.

First and foremost I like to support local businesses and wanted to give AJ and his business an opportunity to earn my business, I went to get an estimate and mentioned to him that my insurance company was still analyzing information with the other parties insurance and I mentioned I was probably going to pay cash. He provided me an estimate and he and the receptionist seemed seemed pleasant. So I went back to the shop to set an appointment and mentioned to him I was only going to need some of the work performed that was on his estimate and I would pay cash he became very irratic and started making false accusations. I decided to go elsewhere where they will value my business. I will now take my business where they value customer service and also do quality work
