While staff are friendly and experienced, they routinely forget to, or decide not to notify you if things are backordered or waiting on your doctor's office. This in turn can lead to situations where you are unable to get important prescriptions on time when it may have been avoidable. This has happened to me a significant amount of times. I have mentioned such to them many times, and have either been ignored or basically told that it is not their problem.

I gave five starts six months ago, however I wanted to update it today 4/21/22. Amanda H was at the drive through window and she went above and beyond for me today, so I wouldn't have to come inside. I was having some foot pain that made walking uncomfortable and she retrieved an item for me in the health/beauty section and let me pay for it with my prescription. I appreciate all you do!

For the pharmacist to laugh on the phone when you call to ask about a prescription and say we just got here... Like what's funny about someone needing meds and calling you to ask when it might be ready.... Weirdo. If you don't have manners when working a job like this, get a new one.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. I used to work at Hy-Vee for almost 10 years. Extremely sad when I go to the Perry Hy-Vee and I see so many employees standing around, they don’t greet you with a smile, and it’s definitely not the “helpful smile in every aisle” that I used to work for be so proud of. Today, I went to pick up medications, and they had the covid testing site in the drive-thru, great idea, but maybe advertising that sort of thing instead making people wait for more than 10 minutes and the only sign you have up is on the window. And then telling me, I really hope you don’t get covid?? For real? Maybe, just leave it out of the conversation? Idk. I will never go to a Hy-Vee and spend my money. ESPECIALLY Perry.

Heather S was beyond amazing tonight. She Stayed late so my son could get his inhaler refilled that died unexpectedly. From past experience with inhalers ,she saved us a trip to the ER. Thank you verrryyy much Heather.

Picked up our Aisles On Line order earlier this afternoon. We were so impressed with our shopper, Elyse. We had ordered our granddaughter's favorite chips that they were out of. Elyse selected the same flavor in Ruffles instead of baked. She was thrilled both with that flavor and that she wouldn't be out of chips. Thanks Hy-Vee for a job well done!

went in looking for my drinks on the way to Okoboji. I know better, I should have bought them before we left des Moines. I walked through the store, it appears to big a decent hy-vee, quite a bit smaller than what I am used to in des Moines. but in usual hyvee style, I was greeted by staff as I walked through. I used the restroom, in good condition. I did not purchase anything since they didn't have what I was looking for. I went in assuming that they wouldn't have them, so I wasn't disappointed. I'll be scouring okoboji tomorrow for my lite drinks.
