Truly the only place I take my vehicle to, expert service, doesn't charge for everything, and does me favors all the time...for major repairs they'll take me home and pick me up! As I use to work nights, I'd let them keep it all day and "settle up" when done or end of the day. Outstanding 24/7 service...helped me out of some really tight situations...nice selection of used cars as well, I've bought three...so far.

I'm sorry that you had a loose wheel. I would really recommend checking your wheels more often especially if taking a long trip. I remember that there were some other issues with the vehicle that you couldn't get fixed at the time which could have had something to do with the lug nuts getting loose. Anyway glad your okay. Remember to always check your lights and wheels before you take long trips.

Stranded along highway outside of Perry called Exhaust Pro for help. They said it would be a little while but after three and a half hours I called back and was told everyone was at lunch. Called Smith Tire and We were back on the road in a half hour. I will not waste my time calling Exhaust Pro again.

They are always trying to help people. Even when people can't afford it at the time they still do what they can to fix what needs fixed. I get my work done there and they have always tried to be fair

I got some work done here last March when I still lived in Perry. My car needed new wheel bearings and a new tire rod along with two new front tires. Last week my car started acting strange. Squeeling and making a loud thudding noise that got worse as I drove it. I'm now in Omaha and had a mobile mechanic come look at it. The second he put my car up on a jack my tire was wobbling around. 1 lug nut was missing, 1 broke off as he tried getting them off, and the others were so lose. My rim is shot because the lug knuts were NOT tightened enough at this shop. This could have been a very bad deal where I lost my kids and my life as it was my front left tire. This company needs to make sure they tighten lug knuts. The mechanic working on my car said this is the first time he has seen a shop not tightening the lug knuts all the way and that this was very fatal.

Great local shop! Always friendly and helpful! New owner! Mechanics have 30 yrs plus experience in the trade. They specialize in exhaust work and made my ride and many of my local peers vehicles sound good! Ask most in town, they got you covered!

This is not my experience but my mom recently went there and she is deaf. she told me that the man there knew a little bit of sign language and did his best of communicating with her and did his best to explain the problem and she understood him. She said the man there was very nice and was super professional. The man went above and beyond expectations to satisfy his customer.

They're always able to schedule my work in as needed. Quick and affordable with good communication.
