If we could give 100 star review, we would. Key City has moved my wife and I twice, and each time the services were completed professionally ,according to agreed upon schedules, and without damage. Relocating is a challenging process, and Key City took care of every detail. Outstanding service with no “surprises.”

What a great stop today!! I was looking for several boxes and ended up with so much more. This FAMILY OWNED business is truly a treasure to the community of Peosta IA. They apparently offer moving & packing, storage, and relocation services across the USA. I was so very happy to be given the boxes I needed and the informational about potential storage I will be needed. Thank you for the great customer service!!

I have used these guys for two moves now and each time have been very impressed. They are professional, efficient and just wonderful to be around. When packing items up, they wrap each item up and secure them well. When unloading, they move the items where you would like them to go and take great care to not harm the items or the house. Dallas is a great leader, he talks very calmly and positively to his team, directing them house to move certain items to get them in small spaces or up stairs. We had large furniture with a very narrow stairway, it was a literal game of operation and they played it perfectly. The value for cost was great as well, it was well worth every penny paid!

They moved us from TX to IA, and from start to finish they were professional, hardworking and friendly. Dallas and his teams were phenomenal - they took great care not only of what they were moving, but of moving in and out of both houses as well. Highly recommend their services.

Contact with the office staff was very helpful. In the past I have spoken to Noel, the company founder. A special hello to Noel. Also, the estimator promptly returned my call but I was out of town without my cel phone (Not a good day to leave it at home)! I feel confident he will call me back and that we can do business together for a local move. In the past I have had excellent rapport with this company. Thanks be to Key City Moving, real pros!
