Has the stuff you need about half the time. Employees don't like helping you with returns and they do everything possible to not refund you cash-ever. They're super sweet ? but the ones who are nice, really are.

This Walmart comparatively speaking sucks!! It's tiny and definitely not a SUPERCENTER! So many things locked up and the employees are even harder to find when you need to get something that's locked up!! Should have built an actual SUPERCENTER when they had the chance. But gotta have that dutch front to make the towns 1° happy!

Your employees need to be retrained on how to check customers out u have a help light WHT not turn it on when help is. Ended you have a radio to call for help never even touched it there eis a phone also and yet the smiled task of removing a security tag required the employee to leave and wonder around then come back still trying to figure out how to open it and tell me no to me opening it because he could not figure it out
Security tags are there to keep honest people honest like I showed them 2 seconds the wisky was out of box and security tag still on wow

Nice clean store.....had a very nice man(John)outside getting carts. I observed him singing with the music AND when he saw a handicap person coming towards the store he took a cart out to them also went n got the cart when they were done with it. Now that's customer service....

WALMART - PELLA, IOWA
Employees are not very friendly, there are a handful of nice people but many others make you feel uncomfortable shopping there. They don't greet you and they look at you like you're a criminal, this store definitely needs an overhaul. There are some troublemaker employees that make up stories about customers and spread the rumors around to other employees in order to make the customer feel uncomfortable (very uncomfortable). I'm very surprised that someone hasn't already filed a defamation of character lawsuit. I don't recommend Pella, Iowa Walmart, at least not at the moment.

First time here and I'm absolutely impressed. The store was very clean and well organized. The check out was fast and the staff were friendly. This beat any other walmart from the metros. I highly recommend this location for easy parking, feiendly service, and clean environment.
