In one week, I have had two packages arrive looking as though someone ripped the box open, and then re-taped them so much that it was a huge struggle to open them. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take pictures of the first package before opening it. The one I did take pictures of is a Christmas gift from a relative, (whose information has been removed from the photo), and pieces of the gift were falling out of corners of the box. Once I opened the box, I found the contents were not as my relative had packed them. The inner packaging was also untaped and torn,In addition, a neighbor and I have both received each other's mail on many occasions. Please read the apartment number carefully!

Not sure how my package was processed at 7:40 am I came in at 12:20 to pick it up, it was never given to me but it was processed to return to sender at 5:24 pm, all in the same day. Make it make sense. Y’all just be doing anything. Now I have to jump through hoops getting more things that I should already have. Thanks ????

Usually I have a great experience with the post office, but lately I’ve been dealing with more and more misdeliveries. I get the wrong mail all the time and my mail gets put in someone else’s mailbox. Please pay more attention when delivering to apartment buildings! It’s such a headache to try and track down my packages every single time.

The supervisor in this Post Office does not follow United States Postal Service policy, rules or regulations. Usually, the post people feel it is their duty to deliver mail. This supervisor thinks he can sit and collect the same pay just returning mail to sender.

I had to run a priority package in to be shipped out. I was very appreciative of the efficient and kind gentleman that was there to help me get an important package on its way! There COVID-19 measures are well placed as well!

Asked Paul to help look for a piece of mail I misplaced. He did a double search and then hand delivered the results to my home. Unbelievably thoughtful service. We are very grateful.

We love the small town post offices, and the Pella, Iowa, post office was no exception. We had mail sent there general delivery. The man at counter was friendly and efficient when my wife went to pick up the mail and to buy stamps. She returned there a few days later with questions about post card stamps and the same gentleman was friendly and helpful.
