Service department is an absolute disappointment. Unless you have weeks you're able to afford being without your vehicle, I highly recommend steering clear of this business. I have had to use them a few times now and have yet to have a good experience. On multiple occasions they have kept my car for weeks on simple repairs either because they didn't have experienced techs or they kept ordering the wrong parts. They even tried to give me my vehicle (on warranty) back with a busted transmission because they couldn't figure it out even though they had duplicated the problem. I've called the service manager to try and express these concerns, however after being given excuse after excuse its clear their culture is not one of quality.

The salesman, P.J. Finn, at Ulrich helped me with the trade in and purchase of a new F350. P.J. went above and beyond to make sure our experience was smooth, low stress, and timely. I would encourage anyone looking for a new or used vehicle at Ulrich Ford to work with P.J.

I would never ever take my 2018 truck to the joke of a body shop again. Shop manager Amber and her staff are completely incompetent and just a scam to take the money and not complete the work. Then blame everyone but herself!!!
I had an accident on Christmas day. Front end damage with engine codes. on Jan 8th, I was told 3 weeks to complete. They had my truck 3 months and gave every excuse why it wasn't finished. I am repeatedly told parts weren't available. Jimmy in parts department didn't check with Karl Auto on them, I did and had them delivered after 5 weeks of sitting on it. They didn't try and get parts from anywhere else. Then after they got the 2 plastic radiator brackets installed they sent my truck to another shop and charged me $850, Vander Beek, to mount front bumper and nothing that shop did was complete or worked properly.
I point out things that were not replaced or finished.The parts were put in a box in my back seat and I am told they didn't know how to put them on. Also I had service codes that were never fixed and engine work not done they said they did. They said the codes would go away. Lol (The never had the service department do anything to the truck).
I then take my truck home Tues March 28th and head out of town for work the next day. I end up broke down 300 miles away from home at 2 am and have to have truck and camper towed. $700 camper tow. All because they said they fixed it. Now my truck is in shop in Champaign Illinois getting all the engine work done for another several weeks and even a new transmission!!!! All because they didn't do the service work they should.
They received over 12k insurance money and didn't do the work. I will be getting a lawyer when I get my truck back from new shop and back home. I will make them repay me for all the out of pocket, inconveniences and invoices incurred.
Amber is the worst and her staff apparently are not qualified. If I could give a -100 stars I would.

Had my 2010 now for a little over 2-weeks my problem started the day it came home ! We both love the truck and were excited to get it home ..
