“Hi I am making this review not to get anyone in trouble or fired, I want Hy Vee to train their team better! My wife doesn’t shop a lot at Hyvee and wanted to buy some paper napkins and ask two employees where the napkins are and they replied I am new here I don’t know where they are at. It’s a true statement they didn’t, so if the employee doesn’t know something they should be taught to find someone who does know. This skill isn’t taught in schools has to be taught in business. Again don’t want anyone in trouble just trained! Love you guys at Hyvee that’s why I posted this!

“Tom and other pharmacists at Vermeer Family Pharmacy are over and above any pharmacy we have ever used. They must take pride in the services they offer because all of them provide exceptional and personal care of their patients. Unfortunately I use the pharmacy more than I like to but I have NEVER had one complaint. We will continue to use Vermeer Family Pharmacy as long as they are there. Thank you Tom and the team!”
