My wife and I recently purchased a house with the assistance of Brendan Foughty. He provided clear, concise advisement during the home purchasing process from the initial house hunting, writing the offer, inspection, and overcoming obstacles during the negotiations. He also provided mortgage rate comparison to ensure we chose the most cost effective financing. We were pleased with his honest, professional assessments and would utilize his real estate services again.

Rented in Pella a 2 Bedroom 2 1 Bath - I personally wouldn't have had any problems with these people but they really like to interpret what the state law says, and expect you to go along with it.
They also will withhold your rental deposit for as long as it is legally possible for some reason even though they hire people to manage their properties.
I moved out December 28th, my lease ended on the 31st, I am currently writing this review on the 29th of January and I still have yet to receive my deposit, also make sure you deep clean every single thing about the place that you rent because they will hire people to find problems to clean.
My roommate and I spent 10 hours cleaning our place out and we thought we were okay with how it looked but ended up having $374.50 for a cleaning fee, so make sure you really hit the trim and the vents before you move out.
I talked to the owner of the company about 24-hour notice and he interprets that as if you let them know that there is a problem with your rental, that is the start of that 24-hour process, so if you let know that you have ants at 4pm on wednesday. They think a pest control guy guy can be there on thursday at 4pm.
They have also sent roofers to work on my rental without letting me know that there were going to be people who were going to be there that day.
They have a general lack of respect for their tenants privacy and their tenants schedules.
This is one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had in my life and if I could go back in time I would have never moved to Pella.
I bet buying a house from these people is a lot different than having to rent one of their properties.
But frankly my rental experience will never make me want to buy a house from

Sarah was fantastic to work with. As first time homebuyers she did an awesome job of walking us through the process and guiding us along the way. We looked at quite a few different houses and she always had a great attitude, communicated clearly, and was very timely with viewings. She was a big help in every aspect, even on closing day. Would highly recommend to anyone interesting in buying or selling a home!

We were so lucky to have Stephen as our realtor. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and really had no idea what we were doing, what to look for, and what everything meant. Stephen was able to explain everything to us and made sure we were prepared in the best way possible to find the perfect house. He is very educated and has a passion for his work. Stephen ultimately helped us find the best house for us that we have now been able to turn into our home. I could not recommend him enough to others who are searching for a realtor.

Stephen Patel is the best Relator ever! Prompt to reply; honest; and a great personality. Stephen has extensive knowledge of building design and construction. He pointed out important aspects of properties that we otherwise would have missed, helping us choose the best property. And his pleasant, savvy negotiating skills got us a contract we are really happy with. I recommend Stephen if you are buying or selling a home!
