Friendly staff but the last two cuts I've gotten have been less than stellar. This last time I just asked to have it trimmed up and the frizz taken off. Half hearted effort at best so I'm done with Great Clips.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get your haircut from the blonde woman. I cannot remember her name but she is TERRIBLE. I got a haircut three months ago that I'm still crying about. I had gotten a similar haircut from a Great Clips in Des Moines and she did a wonderful job. I showed this woman here in Pella a picture of what I wanted and she replied, "It won't look like that but yes we can do the haircut." What are you talking about?! I wanted my hair longer up front and short in back. That's what I showed her. She made it ALL SUPER SHORT. And then had the audacity to say that it was still too long. I went home and cried. Now I'm trying to grow it out and it looks so bad. The last time when I was growing it out, it looked amazing! This time I look like a hobo. Pay the extra money to go to a real salon. This woman normally works in Pleasant Hill but drives here. I had come in to have them fix it and she didn't even say anything to me. They fixed it I guess but really the damage was done. I appreciate the effort to make it right but I just wish she would have actually listened to me when I said what I wanted.

Extremely disappointed. Signed in onine 4th in line 36 min wait. Arrived and sat watching these 2 girls work as they felt..... chatting and generally looking as if they weren't really happy there. 46 minutes later and 7-8 minutes after they finished cuts and I am now number 2.......... one girl disappeared in the back and the other did not appear to be in any kind of rush to cut customers' hair. I had somewhere else to be and a little late wouldn't matter....... However looked like they were going to take their sweet time about getting to the customers so I left. Sorry ladies you weren't doing me any favors cutting my hair; so get over it. I know there would be all kinds of excuses............ but if it looks like you aren't interested in work...... 20 minutes after the business opened and less than an hour at work?
