I walked into this over crowded store to get 2 items. It was such a mess in every isle! I approached the checkout and received no greeting whatsoever. The disgruntled employee (age 17-20) says..."want a bag?" I said no thanks. Again he says..." want a receipt ?" I said yes please. He tears it in 2 pieces and hands it to me. "My bad" was his final words. Good lands, where has customer service gone???

Arrived at 8:15am and the store was dark and locked up. was supposed to have opened at 8:00am. Inconvenient and unprofessional.

Many items are out. The two employees 'working' were outside smoking. Then they were visiting while I stood at the counter. I finally had to go open the door and tell them customers were waiting.

This pella dollar general was the dirtiest hot mess I have ever seen in a dollar general store. The floor was really dirty.the shelves were a big mess.i was shocked by how bad the store looked. I wouldnt go there again.Couldn't walk down isles they were so clustered. Being in a nice town and neat and clean town I was shocked by how disgusting that store looked. Shame on the managers for allowing this store to look as bad as it did.

I shop here all the time and have never had problems but they hired 2 new girls that were working today and I handed them $40 and got handed back 4 cents when my purchase was $29.96. I realized they didn’t give me one of my $10’s back before we left the store and I said that and the woman kept saying “no you only gave $30” when I KNOW I went in there with $40 and left with 4 cents. They said they looked at the camera and it showed 3 but wouldn’t let me see footage. I will not be shopping here much anymore. Idc if it’s $10. It’s mine and she either pocketed it or they lied about checking the camera. I know 100% I handed that girl $40

never go to Pella Dollar General- the so called manager there just treated with the most disturbing and disrespectful way I've ever been treated! a sign was misleading and I advised her of it and she started to get mouthy with me and I said I didn't want to talk to her any more because of how she was treating me and she wouldn't stop. she wasn't even the one checking me out! she stood there with her arms on her hip and said I was never allowed back in her store!!! Wow what great customer service...NOT
