Working with Bruxvoort's was a breeze! The in-store associates were extremely helpful in selecting the right furniture for my home and providing information on each model. The delivery workers (Jason and Chip) expertly maneuvered a huge sectional through narrow halls and didn't leave a mark... you wouldn't have even known they were there! They had a 4-piece sectional out of the truck and assembled in my living room in 30 minutes. Impressive service all the way around!

I tried shopping local and have never been so disappointed. I along with other customers from the reviews ended up with appliances that were damaged out of the box. After unboxing them I called in the damages. They took the message and were to call me back. Two weeks later I had to call them because they were to busy to return the call. Was told it was normal for the sides of my $2800 fridge to be all wavy. I have looked at the big box stores and the only fridges with similar damages are in the scratch and dent area. The door on my $4000 microwave/oven combo was scratched. They were willing to order a new door for it. I am still waiting on a part for my range hood(supposedly ordered 9 months ago). I spent over 14k for all my stuff and am treated no bett box store. Tried to give them another shot tonight for some counter tops. One salesman was to busy talking to another employee about non work stuff from what I overheard. Told me to go upstairs and wait for him. I was figuring on spending an additional 4k. I just turned around and left. Everybody always knocks the big box stores, but I could have saved a lot of money going to them instead. The big box stores would also exchange items that are damaged.UpdateInstalled my oven vent last night and found the chimney was scratched after removing the protective film. Went to the website to see what time they opened and read the reply to my review and saw that my recirculating kit had arrived 5 days ago. I never received a call saying it was in .Did talk to Russ and he was very apologetic.

I don’t usually post reviews, (good or bad), but I was too frustrated not to say something this time. I recently purchased a refrigerator with Bruxvoort’s and it was delivered with a mark on the door. After trying all the cleaning solutions possible it still was not able to be removed. So I kindly requested a replacement refrigerator to make it right, but was told they could only give me $75 and just live with the mark on my brand new refrigerator, or they would piece out the door. It wasn’t even in my home and it already needed to be pieced out to be the quality of fridge I expected to get. I spent a lot of money for a brand new fridge that I have been waiting to get for many years, and before it even gets in the door, I have a pieced out repaired refrigerator. Not my idea of good service. Very disappointing!

Long story, but worth knowing.My parents ordered a fridge in April 2021, at that time, the salesman said he had just ordered three of that model so she could have one of the three when it came in. After a few calls and 14 months, finally, miraculously the fridge came in the day mom called last week. They went to pick it up, but were told to call ahead so they could get it down (weird that they put it up for less than 24 hours). When they got it home, saw that the shipping label indicated it shipped from the factory 9/21/21. I called and asked the reason for such a delay, and was told the fridges ice maker or a part of it was missing. I called Frigidaire who (and I am paraphrasing) said no way would they ship out a fridge without an ice maker complete and working. I called Bruxvoorts back and told them I felt we were being lied to. They politely put me off until this morning to talk to the appliance guy who did call me this morning. He said that a builder had ordered the same fridge (this is smaller than most builders would install, but whatever, I am just going with it at this point) and he had called the builder since the house wasnt done yet (I guess hes updated on the job status) and asked if he could give mom his fridge because hers hadnt come in yet. No mention of the ice maker or of the three that were supposedly ordered as stock (maybe they sold 5 of that specific fridge?)It is So painfully obvious that at least two of three employees we dealt with were being dishonest. Appliance guy said he didnt want to upset my parents because theyd been given someone elses fridge and didnt mean to mislead them. I am disgusted.Aside from the bold face lying to their customers about shipping delays, which is plenty to complain about, it sounds as if they are having trouble managing appliance inventory. Bruxvoorts is a respected name in Pella, but the family sold the business and the name with it. I would be regretting that if I were them.

Employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Could not get the make and model of the dishwasher we wanted in a timely enough manner due to supply chain issues but, they gave us a recommendation for a comparable one in a different brand and we are very pleased with it.

Needed a new appliance immediately! Bruxvoorts not only had what I needed but were able to get it delivered and installed the same day much to my joy and relief. Everyone listened to my needs and directed me to the right person to help. I felt extremely satisfied, accomplished and blessed when I left the store! Thank you Bruxvoorts!
