I used to buy all my shoes at Browns in Pella, but the last 2 or 3 times I've been in there, the employees have not even acknowledged that I was there. I would have bought 2 pair of shoes last time but no one even said Hi let alone waited on me and they were not that busy. I went to Browns in Oskaloosa and they were great. I bought 4 pairs of shoes!
