I have inside knowledge of many OSHA violations; Inadequate safety rails on roof, unqualified personnel doing electrical work, class 1 div 2 environment with no class 1 div 2 install or equipment, exposed electrical wiring everywhere, non operating EPA dust collection system, inadequate fire suppression system, wrong fire extinguishers, operating uncertified man lifts knowing they failed inspection, uncertified drivers operating cdl equipment. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. This company is plagued with fires in their facilities, yet has never created a plan of action, at least not that they teach to employees. If something happens at this facility again, like another fire, that injures or kills someone, it will be OSHA and the city of pella's fault for not shutting them down.
