Let me tell you, after many attempts with this business - one thing is for certain: arrogance runs this place. The owner is rude to put it nicely, they provide poor costumer service, they’re slow to pick up your tow and honestly, fairly certain their pricing is dependent on if you’re black or white, man or women, etc. I wouldn’t go here again if you paid for my car to get taken there (after three negative experiences over the years trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else… I’d rather spend the extra money to deal with reasonable, decent human beings. Maybe we’ve caught them on bad days…. Three times?…. But we will not be going here anymore.

Clayton is one of the most kind hearted and honest mechanic that I have ever encountered!
My car broke down on I-20/14, the towing truck sent by my insurance was over two hours away from me.
Clayton stopped when he saw me by the roadside, took a look at my car and told me what the problem was. He towed my car to his workshop, and tried to fix the car the same day so that I can continue with my trip, but couldn't given the severity of the damage to the car engine. One of his boys drove me to a car rental location about 30 minutes away to get a rental and continue with my trip.
He bought another engine for my car and got it installed within TWO day!
His generosity knows no bound, I was from out of state. He sent one of his boys to give me a ride from enterprise rental plave in Waterloo to his shop. When I needed to stay at a hotel, his business manager drove me to the hotel and came back the next day to pick me up!
My car engine got installed within two days, the cost was not unreasonable and I was treated with utmost kindness and respect! Thank you Clayton and your crew! You were God sent on a day I really needed help!

Top notch outfit - highly capable of hauling and fixing any vehicle.
Thankful to have met this team when the RV broke down literally in the middle of nowhere. AAA was unable to find a suitable company to haul us out after waiting for 8 hours and left us stuck. Thankfully through a stroke of luck calling places in the area were forwarded to these guys who drove a long way and worked late to rescue us from the highway. They knew our situation wasn’t a good one and went above and beyond to help us out.
Not only did they tow us 100 miles to their shop which was on the route we were headed, they fixed up the RV the next morning and got us on our way. Our worst case scenario turned into the best case once we connected with them.
Great local family run business and cannot say enough about Joe, Clayton and the entire crew.
Our misfortune turned i to a memorable event. Huge thanks to Joe and Clayton - if we ever break down anywhere close to you will call you first. If we are passing through there will definitely stop in for some service.

We broke down on Rt 20 I call my roadside assistant company and they dispatched Clayton's company. We are in a 40 class A motorhome. He accessed our problem on the roadside and brought our rig to his shop because that it was after hours for his shop he said that they would get on it first thing in the morning. The girl in the office was on it big time from letting us know when the wrecker would be to us then in constant contact all thru the repair. The cost of the repair was reasonable and the workers clean and neat.

Work truck was dead at a stop and they were able to send someone out right away and get me going on the road again! Great and friendly customer service and Clayton who come out was professional and friendly. Got right on the job!

Friendly staff but they are so busy that our truck was in the shop for several weeks. No calls to let us know about progress and no response when we left a message. When we did get to talk to someone, it was not clear what was really going on. Great towing service but not so great with repair.

Scammer lier company overcharge and work slow. Before to let them tow my truck to their shop I sent them pictures and asked do you have parts can you do that job? They said yes but then lying everyday tomorrow after tomorrow I stuck there for a week and paid $4000, also spent $500 for the hotel. But even after week I had to go to other shop because they did it wrong and spent another $500
